Prices at the check out are for the first 0.0118 cubic (m3) or 4 kg additional charges may be incurred if your order exceeds the maximum size &/or weight. An extra charge will be incurred for Rural deliveries.

Returns

Please contact us if you wish to make a return. info@performancelinen.co.nz. All returns are processed on a case by case basis & providing goods are returned within fourteen (14) working days of delivery in the condition sold ie returned items must be unwashed, in perfect re-saleable condition, folded & including the original packaging. Products not returned in re-saleable condition may be subject to a zero credit or a 25% restocking fee. A copy of the original packing slip must accompany all returns. We can arrange a courier collection, fee's apply. Performance Linen Limited will arrange for the collection of a product return where the error or reason for the return lies with Performance Linen Limited. Otherwise the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the Customer. If a credit for return of product is not approved by Performance Linen Limited then the product will be returned to the Customer at Performance Linen Limited’s expense. Shipping charges will not be credited. Performance Linen Limited does not refund any monies against product returns. Credit amounts will be issued against the Customer’s Account only or an exchange of product provided. If goods are supplied faulty to the customer Performance Linen Limited will replace the items. Products will not be credited if they have been, custom made, sale goods, laundered, used or if they have been damaged due to inadequate packaging when being returned. Freight is not refundable on returns. If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch a refund will be made to the customer less all fees incurred by Performance Linen Limited while procuring the order.
