Shipping
We use a flat rate for shipping. Once your order has been packed, measured, and weighed, the actual freight cost is confirmed. Where the cost is lower than charged, a credit will be applied to your account. Where the cost exceeds the flat rate, the difference will be invoiced.
Performance Linen Limited charges freight at cost and operates in good faith and transparency. We take care to pack orders efficiently to help keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Customers may arrange their own shipping by prior agreement. Please contact us prior to dispatch to make arrangements.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
All returns are considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Performance Linen Limited.
As we operate under a reduced and transitional model, customers are asked to choose carefully before placing an order. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not guaranteed.
Custom items are non-returnable.
Returns for stocked items may be considered where goods are unused and in original condition, with approval required prior to return. Due to the clinical environments our products are used in, any approved return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover handling, inspection, and reprocessing requirements.
