Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo.

To ensure a quicker delivery it is best to use a business address.

Returns Policy

We process returns on a case by case basis for us to do this we require:

Goods are to be returned within fourteen (14) working days of delivery in the condition sold including packaging (ie returned items must be unwashed, in perfect condition, folded, including the packaging).

A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.

All returned goods may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please ensure all items returned are in saleable condition, unwashed, unused & folded.

Goods will not be refunded or credited if they have been, custom made, sale goods, laundered, used or if they have been damaged due to inadequate packaging when being returned.

Freight is not refundable on returns.

Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect, saleable condition, which ensures that items are free from contamination and odour. The returned item/s must be protected from the elements whilst in transit. 

Performance Linen is not liable for the cost of shipping any returns.
